Job summary

Carepool in Tennessee is seeking Healthcare Drivers to use your own car and earn money while helping others. You can work on your own schedule on a project basis, supporting people with disabilities and the aging population to participate more fully in society.

Riders may be scheduled daily or weekly, and you’ll partner with other drivers to cover shifts when needed. This role is similar to ride-hailing but with a focus on reliability, compassion, and making a real difference in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have over 5 years of driving experience.
• 100% clean driving record (minor ticket allowed every 2-5 years).
• Healthcare experience and 1 year of professional driving preferred.
• Excellent personality with the ability to read people and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Drive on your own schedule on a project basis.
• Take consistent rides and build trusting relationships with riders.
• Partner with other drivers to cover shifts when needed.
