Job summary

BDUrology and Critical Care is seeking a on-site Customer Service Representative in Florida to support physician office communications and documentation. You will handle calls, document processing, and adhere to Medicare guidelines and HIPAA while collaborating with Sales Operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of call center experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience; medical industry experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical publications and write business correspondence; present information to management and customers.
• Ability to apply intermediate math skills: discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
• Ability to solve problems and interpret diverse instructions.
• Advanced analytical reasoning including forecasting within workflow processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; ability to use call center software.

Responsibilities

• Contacts physician office staff by phone, fax, or email to obtain medical documentation.
• Maintains knowledge in Medical Supplies and Insurance Guidelines.
• Resolves customer service issues professionally.
• Supports Sales Operations on customer service initiatives.
• Meets inbound/outbound call goals and adheres to productivity metrics.
• Complies with Medicare guidelines, HIPAA, and call volumes.
• Tracks daily production and submits sales logs.
• Contributes to Special Projects and Service Tickets as needed.
