Tidelands Health is seeking a Distribution Technician to manage receiving, stocking, inventory, and delivery of supplies across facilities. The role supports routine and STAT requests, ensuring timely distribution of items throughout Tidelands Health locations.

The position emphasizes accurate record-keeping, safe vehicle operation, and adherence to hospital policies, with a requirement for a valid driver's license and CDL-capable driving.

Qualifications

• Basic computer familiarity required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to safely drive a 24-foot box truck per CDL guidelines.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock supplies and equipment at the Distribution Center.
• Fulfill routine and STAT supply requests and distribute to designated areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory control of General Stores.
• Record every supply transaction (calls, walk-ins, requisitions) accurately.
• Utilize, load and unload distribution vehicles as needed.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and coordinate shop visits.
