Job summary

Tidelands Health is seeking a Distribution Technician to receive, stock, and deliver supplies to facilities. You will maintain inventory for General Stores, process routine and STAT requests, and ensure accurate transactions. The role requires basic PC skills, good communication, and the ability to operate a 24-foot box truck under CDL guidelines.

Medium-heavy physical work is involved; prior warehouse or distribution experience is preferred. A High School Diploma is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, inventory and deliver supplies to Tidelands Health facilities.

• Load/unload distribution vehicles and perform basic maintenance checks; comply with DOT requirements.

More than 2,500 team members at more than 70 Tidelands Health locations bring our healing mission to life each day. **A Brief Overview** The Distribution Technician position is responsible to receive, stock, inventory and deliver supplies from General Stores to Tidelands Health facilities. **What you will do*** Receive and stocked supplies and equipment shipped to the Distribution Center* Responsible for routine and STAT supply and equipment requests and distribution to designated areas.* Responsible for proper Inventory Control of General Stores.* Accurately record every supply transaction, including verbal (call-ins) or walk-in orders, handwritten or on-line requisitions.* Must be able to utilize, load and unload distribution vehicles appropriately.* Perform basic maintenance checks (air in tires, oil levels, etc).
