Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with computers; ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves and cleans patient dishes in a timely manner. Always leaves an empty cart for unit to use.
• Removes trash in the kitchen and café, and places trash and cardboard in the appropriate receptacles.
• Records dish machine temps and kitchenette temperatures daily; records stocking levels on par sheets.
• Stock station with clean china and supplies before meal service.
