Required Qualifications:

1. U.S. work authorization
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
3. At least 10 years of experience leading teams in large, complex performance improvement projects
4. Minimum of 4 years in a process re-engineering consulting environment, with expertise in Physician Practice groups focusing on physician compensation
5. Formal project management experience using a defined methodology
6. Willingness to travel weekly (Monday-Thursday)
7. Residence within the contiguous 48 states near a major airport
