Qualifications

• 4+ years of food service management in a healthcare setting.
• Vocational training or college degree in food service or hospitality; CDM preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving to support residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food service operations and meals administration.
• Lead and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure quality and budget.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain inventories and supplier relationships.
• Monitor resident and staff satisfaction.
