Job summary

Culinesse, LLC is seeking a hands-on Catering and Events Coordinator to lead high-volume catering operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences in retirement communities. You will plan, direct and coordinate events, staff schedules, menu selections, and on-site setups while partnering with the Director of Dining to meet client needs.

This role requires two years of elevated food and beverage experience, strong leadership, and sharp organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in elevated food and beverage role.
• Event management and catering operations experience.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local regulations.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new and repeat catering business within guidelines.
• Detail events and create floor plans.
• Establish networking presence within the local catering community.
• Develop long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate event logistics from setup to closeout.
