Qualifications

• At least three years of progressive leadership experience in food service management.
• Proven experience in budgeting, labor, and food cost controls.
• Experience with financial management and controls.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee dining service and nutrition departments.
• Function as liaison in administrative budget activities; ensure sanitation, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise staff and facilitate staff development.
