The director will supervise all dietary staff, manage the department budget, and collaborate with the Dietitian and interdisciplinary team to promote resident satisfaction and high-quality dining services.

Qualifications

• Certification as Dietary Manager or Food Service Manager is required.
• An associate degree or higher in food service management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Director of Food and Nutrition Services in a nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the Dietary Department operations including staffing, budgeting, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise dietary personnel and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate dietary staff.
