• Ensure Food Safety and Quality: uphold sanitation standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage Inventory and Budget: oversee inventory, ordering, and budgeting within resources.
• Build Relationships with Vendors: negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Assist with Training and Development: provide onboarding and ongoing staff development.
