Shelby Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Sidney, Ohio is seeking a Dietary Cook to join our team. This role supports nutritious meals for geriatric residents, emphasizing individualized care and high sanitary standards.

The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across day, evening, and morning schedules. You will collaborate with dietitians and healthcare staff to tailor menus, document intake, and ensure meals meet residents' dietary needs.
