Job summary

Confidence Management Solutions is seeking a Dietary Supervisor for a full-time role in York, PA. The position requires healthcare experience and supervision skills to oversee kitchen operations during shifts and ensure meals go out on time.

Qualifications

• Prior Supervisor experience is required.

Dietary Supervisor Key Duties

• Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens or closes the department as required.
• Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ensured meal service times are on schedule.
• Performs other job-related duties.

Dietary Supervisor Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior Supervisor experience.
• Nursing Home, Hospital, or Healthcare experience REQUIRED!
