Job summary

Perkins & Will in Dallas is seeking a seasoned architect/PM to lead design and delivery of complex projects from concept through construction. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and teams, guiding clients and consultants and ensuring design excellence and compliance with codes.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency with BIM tools (Revit), project management software, and experience with LEED or other sustainability programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related discipline is required.
• Architectural license or interior design certification is preferred.
• Experience with LEED or other sustainability programs is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with BIM and design/production software.

Responsibilities

• Leads design process and manages project complexities to ensure success.
• Manages all aspects of projects within scope and budget.
• Directs project teams, fosters collaboration and effective communication.
• Participates in defining project scope, fees, budgets, and services.
• Maintains timely communication with clients and project team.
• Oversees project using Deltek, prepares work plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinates staffing and mentors staff.
• Ensures coordination among clients, consultants, and contractors.
