Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco is seeking a technical/functional leader to oversee design and construction for major medical facilities. You will guide design stages, negotiate fees, review invoices and change orders, and ensure on-time delivery with quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in construction and/or design project management.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• 3+ years experience implementing large, complex projects in a corporate, non-profit, or government environment.

Responsibilities

• Promotes learning in others through guidance and feedback to drive projects forward.
• Manages multiple large-scale projects from initiation to close-out, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Leads teams, coordinates resources, and communicates project goals to stakeholders.
• Monitors risks and issues, develops mitigations, and escalates as needed.
• Ensures adherence to KP policies and procedures across projects.
