• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent, currently enrolled in high school or have graduated from high school, or are enrolled in a university pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in the area of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for completing support tasks as directed.
• Maintains clear and appropriate documentation of actions taken.
• May analyze department processes and other Corewell Health systems encountered and make recommendations for improvements, as appropriate.
• Participates in quality monitoring activities / process improvement activities.
• Communicates, collaborates, and acts as a team player with others to ensure continuity and coordination of services.
