An active architectural license is required, with 7+ years of Healthcare Design experience preferred. You will mentor staff, manage documents, coordinate with consultants, and ensure QA on project deliverables within
Competenze
- NAAB-accredited architecture degree required.
- Active Architectural license in at least one state.
- 7+ years Healthcare Design experience preferred.
- Experience on Hospital, Medical Centers, or Physician Office projects.
Mansioni
- Lead design through Concept to Construction Documents.
- Coordinate with internal and external project consultants.
- Prepare, oversee, and QA construction drawings and specifications.
- Attend project meetings and manage documentation and RFI responses.
- Ensure compliance with codes, life-safety, and accessibility standards.
