Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity with technology and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to determine efficient routing between multiple points.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug & alcohol screen.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Vaccination proof depending on location.
• Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods.
• Must participate in Fitness for Duty physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to transport lab specimens, records, medications and supplies.
• Use a handheld scanner to track items through the transport cycle.
• Follow operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load/unload vehicles with equipment.
• Demonstrate safe driving and maintain a clean, orderly vehicle.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Route assignments may change; adapt across routes as needed.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration with teammates and clients.
• Contribute to a collaborative MedSpeed culture.
