Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• Prefer Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field.
• Prefer a Master's degree in a related field.
• Must have seven years of current experience in a complex clinical EHR environment.
• Must have five years of proven success building, implementing, and supporting EHR systems.
• Must have experience leading data and information governance forums focused on clinical and patient care solutions.
• Must have experience with SQL databases such as MS SQL.
• Must have experience implementing data models and managing interface development and interoperability.
• Must have proven success managing staff at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Propose enterprise wide reporting strategy and data standards.
• Lead consolidation of reporting efforts to unify disparate reporting groups.
• Establish enterprise data standards including terminology, definitions, formulas, and source of truth.
• Provide leadership to Enterprise Reporting and Decision Support groups and other departments.
• Mentor report writers and resources in data mining and use.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards in collaboration with IT PMO.
• Manage staff, time lines, budgets, and resource forecasting.
• Ensure data governance, mining, and reporting meet enterprise needs.
• Maintain knowledge of laws and guidelines impacting operations.
• Stay abreast of data governance trends and integrate new knowledge.
