Job summary

Parkland Community Health Plan (PCHP) seeks a Manager, Data Warehouse to lead the Data Warehouse Team and advance PCHP's data capabilities across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will oversee architecture, data integration, security, and governance to support clinical and business operations.

Responsibilities include guiding implementation projects, ensuring process controls, budgeting, and collaborating with IT and business partners to drive reliable, scalable data assets for decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Six years of experience in complex Data Warehouse environments.
• Four years of data integration across multiple source systems with MS SSIS/SSMS.
• Four years of Data Modeling and/or DBA experience, including two years in MS SQL Server.
• Two years of healthcare data integration and interoperability experience.
• Two years of leadership experience managing a DW team.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and guidance for the Data Warehouse Team.
• Oversees DW operations and supporting infrastructure with defined processes and controls.
• Supports IT projects aligned with organizational objectives.
• Ensures security controls for inbound/outbound DW processes.
• Participates in the Data Governance Committee.
• Collaborates with IT and business partners to ensure cross-system effectiveness.
• Proposes strategic solutions and new systems or infrastructure.
• Communicates project progress and opportunities for process improvement.
• Assists in preparing annual budgets and adheres to parameters.
