Job summary

Heritage Health Network (HHN) seeks an Administrative Data Specialist to support Operations and Clinical teams with precise data entry, reporting, and documentation. You will reconcile data across ECW, Google Workspace, and dashboards in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in admin support, data entry, or healthcare support.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and data organization.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality is important.
• Hybrid work flexibility.
• Healthcare operations, reporting, or data reconciliation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintenance across ECW, Google Workspace, reporting trackers, and dashboards.
• Review, validate, and reconcile clinical and operational data for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare datasets, track metrics, and identify data discrepancies for reporting and compliance needs.
• Maintain organized documentation and electronic files for audits and internal reporting.
• Assist with data cleanup, backlogs, and ongoing data quality initiatives.
• Support Care Operations and Outreach teams with data and administrative needs.
• Follow up on missing or incomplete information and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational data standards.
• Adapt to changing workflows and priorities in a growing healthcare environment.

Administrative Data Specialist
