Everforth Apex Systems in Shaker Heights, OH is seeking an Associate Data Scientist to advance operational efficiency and population health through data science, analytics, and reporting. You will build dashboards, develop ML models, and translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in data science or analytics, strong SQL, Python or R, and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data science or analytics required.
• Proficiency with SQL is required.
• Daily use of Python or R is necessary.
• Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Looker, or QlikView is part of the job.
• Familiarity with US healthcare terminology, CPT or DRG codes, is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data science, analytics, and reporting to support operational efficiency and population health initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to visualize data and provide insights.
• Contribute to the creation and training of machine learning and AI models.
• Analyze data to identify trends, create reports, and generate insights for improving patient care.
• Collaborate with the team on various data-related tasks, including analytics work and data modeling.
