Job summary

You will develop dashboards and reports that communicate findings to clinical operations and senior leadership. The role requires collaboration with IT, vendors, and system users to ensure data quality and uptime.

Experience with large data sets, advanced Excel, and programming basics (Python/R/SQL) is preferred. A BA/BS degree and healthcare analytics exposure are desirable.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in data/healthcare analytics.
• 1+ year work experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and creating actionable reports.

Responsibilities

• Clean and analyze data from various sources for dashboards and reporting.
• Act as liaison between clinical ops, IT, users and vendors.
• Develop and maintain high-level interactive dashboards.
• Perform complex analyses and visualize results for leadership.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of data.
• Support EMR uptime and collaborate with IT and vendors.
