Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Minimum 1 year work experience preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and creating reports that can drive impactful decisions.
• Must be a critical thinker with the ability to analyze clinical data.
• Experience with report automation based on user specification and needs.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Macros skills.
• Experience working with visualization software like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Programming languages: VBA, Python, R, SQL.

Responsibilities

• The principal data custodian for data driving dashboards; maintaining its integrity.
• Participate in special projects as required.
• Work with large datasets from a variety of sources; normalize and investigate opportunities.
• Perform complex analysis of data and visualize results for different levels of the organization.
• Create and maintain high-level interactive dashboards highlighting areas needing improvement.
• Collaborate with staff on projects to achieve goals and resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all administrative, financial and clinical data.
• Maintain EMR support and work with IT teams and vendors for uptime and quality.
