Job summary

PTCOA in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Data Scientist to leverage financial, operational, and clinical data to build reporting, dashboards, and AI-powered analytics across the organization.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, RCM, IT, and other stakeholders to forecast, identify opportunities, and improve revenue cycle performance, while applying AI tools to drive actionable insights. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, CS, Statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years in data science, analytics, BI, or related role.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency with large datasets.
• Experience with dashboards, forecasting, and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, operational, RCM, and clinical data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop financial reporting and dashboards using various data sources, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Analyze provider activity, reimbursement trends by CPT code, payer, and service line.
• Build dashboards for leadership to review performance and drill into details.
• Apply statistical and predictive methods for forecasting and anomaly detection.
