Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, CS, finance, or related field.
- 3+ years in data analytics, BI, or healthcare consulting.
- Experience in agile environments and willingness to adopt emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with consulting teams and client stakeholders to understand business objectives and define analytical solutions.
- Design reporting strategies, KPI frameworks, and interactive dashboards for healthcare leaders.
- Develop analytics and dashboards for healthcare revenue cycle operations including billing, denials, and contract performance.
- Analyze healthcare claims (835/837), EHR/EMR, accounting, and reimbursement data to identify trends.
- Implement automation to improve efficiency and data consistency in recurring workflows.
- Build and maintain high-performance Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
