Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years of progressively responsible experience in operations, research and analysis, project management, strategic planning, business process engineering or quality improvement.
• 3 years coordinating or leading project teams from inception through implementation phases.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning and implementation of projects including data gathering, process analyses and training management.
• Facilitates definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; communicates with relevant stakeholders.
• Manages project budgets and timelines; provides training and documentation to customers and staff.
