Job summary

Coforge Limited is seeking a Product Owner with a healthcare and life sciences focus to translate business needs into actionable data product priorities. This role guides data-driven decisions by defining roadmaps and backlog items that align with strategic outcomes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, analytics teams, and security/compliance functions to deliver trusted data solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making across healthcare domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product ownership or data analytics delivery.
• 3+ years owning or managing a product backlog.
• Experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences domains.
• Proven track record delivering data products and analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, models, governance, and quality.
• Ability to translate business needs into user stories and rules.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Define product direction, roadmaps and success measures with stakeholders.
• Lead discovery to clarify needs, workflows and opportunities in healthcare.
• Own and prioritize the backlog with value and risk considerations.
• Translate data requirements with data sources, rules and metrics.
• Guide delivery with data engineers, analysts and QA teams.
• Support governance, security and compliance in data access.
• Coordinate UAT and validate against business needs.
• Monitor adoption and outcomes to inform priorities.
• Communicate priorities and tradeoffs across teams.
