Job summary

Coforge seeks a Product Owner with healthcare and life sciences data leadership to translate business needs into prioritized data product roadmaps that drive measurable value and trusted outcomes for health data.

You will partner with data engineers, analytics teams, and technology leaders to define goals, backlog priorities, and data quality standards, delivering data solutions that improve decision making, operational efficiency, and business results in the Boston area.

Qualifications

Translate business needs into clear user stories and backlog items.
Healthcare/Life Sciences domain experience and data delivery.
Deliver data products, analytics platforms, or data integration capabilities.
Knowledge of data pipelines, models, warehouses, and governance.
Translate complex business needs into testable acceptance criteria.
Define KPIs and align stakeholders on measures of success.
Experience with Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Define product direction, goals, and roadmaps aligned with priorities.
Lead discovery to clarify needs, workflows, and opportunities in healthcare/life sciences.
Own and prioritize the backlog with value, risk, and capacity in mind.
Translate data requirements for sources, rules, metrics, and quality.
Guide delivery with data engineers, analysts, and QA teams.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance considerations.
Coordinate user acceptance and measure outcomes against needs.
Drive adoption, enablement, and monitor impact for future priorities.
Communicate priorities and tradeoffs across business and tech teams.
