Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, information management, nursing, or related field, or equivalent healthcare operations experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare operations, surgical services analytics, data governance, or performance improvement.
• Ability to analyze operational performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization or BI tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze surgical performance, utilization, access, financial, and productivity data; develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports to support decision-making.
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement; perform root-cause analysis; quantify impact of actions.
• Support planning and scenario modeling related to capacity, throughput, staffing, scheduling, growth, and resource allocation.
• Partner with leaders to translate findings into practical improvement plans, track progress, and communicate results.
• Support standardized definitions, reporting methodologies, documentation, and data governance to promote consistent measurement.
