StationMD is seeking an Operations Analyst with 1–3 years of healthcare analytics experience and hands-on Qlik Sense development. You will translate business questions into data-driven dashboards and insights to support operational decisions.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT teams to deliver accurate reports, improve processes, and ensure data quality across telehealth services.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in healthcare analytics.
• Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Gather business analysis & requirements and translate into analytical solutions.
• Query, analyze, and validate data from relational databases using SQL.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards and reports.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and insights for operations.
• Perform data quality validation and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and developers.
• Document reporting logic, dashboard functionality and testing results.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes.
