• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, health informatics, or related field.
• 3+ years in data analytics, database management, data engineering, or BI in healthcare.
• Experience with BI solutions, preferably Qlik.
• Strong SQL for data organization and reporting optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake; Snowflake experience preferred.
