Job summary

Themesoft Inc is seeking a specialist to lead interoperability efforts for the Texas Birth Defects Registry (TBIRDS). You will build and validate SAS, Python, and R scripts, create dashboards, and automate data ingestion and processing for improved clinical workflows.

You will document technical processes, work on data integration initiatives, and collaborate with technical partners to define system requirements and best practices for future interoperability projects.

Qualifications

Experience developing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SAS, Python, R scripts.
Experience with system integration, dashboard creation, and automation for interoperability workflows.
Experience with structured or semi-structured health data and knowledge of databases and queries.
Ability to translate programmatic needs into technical solutions and reports.
Experience testing and validating automated data-integration solutions.
Ability to document code and technical specs for workflows.

Responsibilities

Interoperability Needs Assessment for TBIRDS data ingestion and integration.
Develop, test, and maintain SAS, Python, R programs and dashboards for branch processes.
Test and validate automated workflows, standardization, and data processing methods.
Support data interoperability initiatives and TBIRDS modernization.
Collaborate to identify data requirements and document technical processes.
