Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of office and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review reports, registrations, and admissions for complete demographics and insurance data to ensure billability.
• Maintain audit processes including error type, payer source, and service line.
• Ensure corrections before billing.
• Communicate audit findings with Patient Access teams and management.
• Provide training recommendations and measure process improvements.
• Create monthly reports, spreadsheets and graphs to identify training needs.
• Manage TCE and CM1 records to meet billing criteria timely.
• Review outpatient exception and Alpha discharge reports and communicate trends to leadership.
