Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Data Integrity Analyst II to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across healthcare data platforms.

The role involves requirements elicitation, design, and prototyping to deliver secure data solutions, dashboards, and AI-grounded insights for internal and external clients. You will work with SQL Server, Snowflake, and Python to extract insights, while maintaining strict privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of advanced health care data analytics & statistical modeling experience.
• 5+ years in employer benefits or healthcare analytics field.
• Ability to design, train, and deploy ML models and LLMs into production.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document functional and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop data pipelines and reports to support data quality initiatives.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to ground AI-driven insights in fact.
• Validate data and resolve discrepancies to maintain high-quality data standards.
• Tune AI/ML/LLM models, build RAG systems, and implement safety measures.
• Develop AI assistants and chatbots to automate Data Quality tasks.
