Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Data Integrity Analyst to ensure patient identity and health record integrity across the EHR and EMPI. You will analyze complex issues, determine root causes, and coordinate resolutions with HIM, IT, and Revenue Cycle teams.

The role requires three years in a medical records environment, familiarity with Epic, and attention to detail to support patient safety and regulatory compliance. Day shift, full-time position based in Charlestown, MA.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Three years' experience in a medical record department.
• Prior Epic experience desirable.
• Knowledge of deficiency analysis.
• Knowledge of medical records content and management.
• Working knowledge of EMR and structured data handling.

Responsabilités

• Completes the analysis of the medical records within the work queues.
• Scans discharge paperwork with 98% accuracy.
• Ensures the accuracy of patient information scanned into the chart.
• Verifies that all scans are legible and clear.
• Assigns deficiencies to the appropriate physician within Epic.
• Ensures accuracy of the assignment of deficiencies.
• Adds record deficiencies into Epic using the Deficiency Detective tool with 100% accuracy.
• Completes the unassigned analysis work queue daily.
