You will own technical integrations, canonical data modeling, and production data pipelines, guiding cross-functional teams in data quality and reliability. The position offers hands-on leadership with a growth path to lead the Data Integration function, while ensuring HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7+ years in healthcare integration, backend, or data engineering roles.
• Experience with file-based and API-based data exchanges.
• Strong SQL and AWS experience (S3, Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, Glue).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own integrations with TPAs, provider networks, and external healthcare partners.
• Define and manage partner integration specifications and data contracts.
• Design mappings from partner formats to the canonical data model.
• Operate production ingestion pipelines and monitor data quality and SLAs.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data governance across integrations.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to building the Data Integration function.
