Job summary

Mountain Park Health Center is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain enterprise data infrastructure powering clinical, operational, and strategic analytics. You will work on data pipelines, data warehouses, data lakes, and Dataverse solutions to transform data into actionable information.

You will collaborate with IT and stakeholders to modernize data architecture, enable AI/ML innovations, and strengthen interoperability in a community-focused health organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, healthcare informatics, or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in Information Technology.
• Microsoft Azure or similar cloud solutions, SQL Server: SSMS, SSIS, SSRS and T-SQL data manipulation or similar database.
• Three (3) years of experience with business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, implements, and maintains scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes that integrate data from diverse systems to support analytics.
• Builds and optimizes data pipelines that prepare, transform, and deliver high-quality datasets for predictive modeling such as no-show risk and population health insights.
• Develops data workflows for real-time and scheduled prediction use cases to deliver timely insights for operational decisions.
• Creates data quality standards, validation frameworks, and monitoring processes; advances data governance, metadata management.
• Enables interoperability by developing and managing integrations using HL7, FHIR, APIs, SFTP, and flat files.
• Partners with clinical and business stakeholders to identify predictive analytics use cases and design data architectures to drive improved outcomes.
