Job summary

Streamline Healthcare Solutions is seeking an AI Architect to own the enterprise AI architecture, standards, and governance for healthcare-grade solutions. This role defines reference patterns, platforms, and guardrails that product teams use to safely deliver LLM applications and ML services.

You will collaborate with Security/Compliance, Data/Platform, and Product leaders to ensure HIPAA-aligned handling of PHI/PII and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/solution architecture with AI/ML focus.
• 5+ years leading enterprise AI architecture or platform initiatives.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry/Studio and OpenAI/Anthropic models.
• Strong governance, security, and HIPAA-aligned design patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Define reference architectures for LLM apps, RAG patterns, ML services.
• Lead platform tooling choices for Azure AI and Databricks ecosystems.
• Embed PHI/PII safeguards and Responsible AI requirements in SDLC/CI/CD.
• Oversee AI Architecture Review process and governance.
• Mentor teams on governance, prompt design, and tool usage.
