Inovalon is seeking an Implementation Engineer to support client onboarding on our healthcare data platform. This early-career role is for someone technically curious, comfortable with customers, and eager to grow in healthcare technology.

You will participate in planned on-call rotations for evening and weekend conversion events and collaborate across the full client lifecycle from implementation to go-live and optimization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience on technical projects in a consulting, analyst, developer or solution engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with web services, APIs and system integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL and data conversion processes; able to analyze logs and configs.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from customers and end users and clarify data readiness.
• Analyze data and troubleshoot errors during conversion events; document root causes.
• Build and configure systems per design specs and maintain deliverables.
