Job summary

Bergen New Bridge Medical Center is seeking a Business Analytics Specialist to join our team in New Jersey. You will collaborate with the analytics and strategy group to deliver data-driven insights, build advanced models, and design ETL pipelines across sources to support critical projects.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in statistical methods, ML, and data visualization with R, Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in R, Python, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Analytics and Strategy team to support workload for multiple projects.
• Develop and implement analytical models using statistical techniques, ML, and predictive analytics.
• Design, build, and maintain ETL processes to load data into a centralized warehouse.
• Research data sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to leadership.
• Provide data-driven insights to assist with project planning and execution.
• Monitor model performance and propose improvements as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics.
