Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to partner with the Quality Management Department. The role focuses on turning quality data into clear insights, with building tools, databases, and reports.

It goes beyond reporting to analyze trends, identify issues, and recommend practical actions to improve quality, process performance, and compliance. The position is fully on site at Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, NJ, requiring strong communication skills and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree of Arts or Science.
• Experience in data management, computer programs necessary for the job; including EMR / EPIC
• Prior experience in healthcare QA data management role required.
• Extensive employee and outside contacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite

They will recommend practical actions that improve product quality, process performance, and compliance.
