Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Data Specialist in the Quality Data Reporting department to perform advanced data preparation, analysis, and reporting to support quality improvement initiatives. The Analyst II role offers increasing independence on complex analyses and supports standardized analytic practices.

The ideal candidate will have Epic Caboodle/Clarity experience, strong SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau skills, and the ability to translate analytic outputs into actionable insights for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
3+ years of related experience for Level II; 5+ years for Level III.
No license/certification required.

Responsibilities

Collects, validates, and maintains datasets supporting quality initiatives.
Develops, enhances, and maintains dashboards and analytic products.
Participates in regulatory readiness and quality reporting activities.
Partners with stakeholders to translate analytics into actionable insights.
Interprets performance trends and identifies improvement opportunities.
Translates analytic findings into actionable recommendations for quality and operations teams.
Suggests improvements to data structures and reporting standards.
