Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, IS, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of three years healthcare data analytics experience; proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Linguistic: read/write English; strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and assure quality of data; implement standardized data management and reporting processes.
• Respond to analytical requests; develop reporting solutions; identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
