Job summary

ViziRecruiter, LLC. is seeking a Data Support Specialist to oversee hands-on data collection, validation, and quality assurance, and to implement standardized data management and reporting processes.

The role collaborates with physicians, department leaders, Finance, and Operations to drive data-driven initiatives and improve organizational performance through robust analytics and clean datasets.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, accounting, or similar required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluent in English reading and writing.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare data analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet internal deadlines.
• Understanding of healthcare financial drivers and MSLC market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate, reliable, and timely analyses for recurring and ad hoc reporting needs across the organization.
• Respond to analytical requests, develop reporting solutions, and identify opportunities to enhance the organization's short-term and long-term financial performance.
• Gather and consolidate information from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency, and maintaining data within internal Pillar reporting systems.
• Prepares analysis-ready datasets and resolves data-related issues, supporting operational and financial decision-making through accurate and meaningful reporting.
• Collaborates with physicians, department leaders, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and data-driven initiatives.
