Job summary

Berkeley Research Group (BRG) is seeking a Consultant for the Data & Analytics team within the Integrated Health Solutions practice. The role focuses on analytics projects across healthcare providers, payers, and investors, combining quantitative methods with domain expertise to drive financial and operational improvements.

The consultant will lead analytical workstreams, manage junior staff, build financial models, and present insights to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in analytics, economics, finance, public health, or related field.
3+ years of work experience in workforce productivity analytics and/or managed care data analytics development.
Proficiency with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau/Power BI; knowledge of Python/R/SAS beneficial.
Ability to manage processes and other consultants; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium client engagements and discrete project segments.
Delegate tasks to staff, monitor progress, and review work for accuracy.
Develop analyses and financial models using transactional data and financial data.
Generate client deliverables and contribute to expert reports.
Manage client relationships and communicate results clearly to clients.
Demonstrate creativity and efficient use of software tools and analytical methods.
Participate in group practice meetings and support business development and recruiting.
Prioritize assignments to meet goals and deadlines.
