University Health Network in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Data Analyst to join our healthcare value-based care initiative. This full-time role offers a hybrid work-from-home option for high performers and requires HIPAA privacy compliance when working remotely.

You will analyze large data sets, create weekly and monthly reports, and collaborate with IT and clinical teams to improve data collection and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• BS in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role required; education may substitute for experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Familiarity with ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets from multiple sources and validate weekly and monthly reports.
• Monitor process performance and customer satisfaction; identify data collection improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability.
• Report findings to the Manager of Data Analytics.
