Job summary

University Health Network is seeking a Data Analyst to join the growing field of Healthcare Value Based Care. The role offers a hybrid work-from-home option for employees meeting performance requirements, and requires residence in the Knoxville, TN area with occasional commuting to the corporate office.

The Data Analyst will handle large data sets from multiple sources, create and validate weekly and monthly reports, monitor process performance and customer satisfaction, and identify data

Qualifications

• BS in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or relevant field.
• Proven working experience as a data analyst or similar role; education may substitute for work experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages including SQL and Python.
• Proficiency using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes desired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
