Quest Analytics seeks a highly analytical Data Analyst to join the Provider Network Analytics team. You will work with large healthcare datasets to uncover trends, measure network performance, and support data‑driven strategies for provider network optimization.

You will use SQL, Databricks, Python and AI tools to deliver insights and ensure data quality. The role involves collaborating with Product, Engineering and Client Services to develop data solutions, define metrics, and support decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or SaaS.
• Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and conduct in-depth investigations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for extraction, transformation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming language.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Looker or equivalent).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to support analytics and automation.
• Understanding of data governance, quality, and stewardship principles.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced data analyses to identify trends and measure performance across campaigns and demographics.
• Translate findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Analyze provider and organizational data to resolve entity matching and define data structures.
• Lead data investigations to address quality issues and support business initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to deliver data solutions.
• Use SQL, Databricks, Python and AI tools to process large datasets and derive insights.
• Contribute to evaluating new technologies to advance analytics capabilities.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and data models for Quest products.
