Quest Analytics is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to join the Provider Network Analytics team. You will work with large healthcare datasets, uncover trends, and develop data-driven strategies for provider network optimization.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable insights. You will use SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to process data, quantify network challenges, and support product development and analytics

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in data analytics, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience in healthcare, SaaS, or data-heavy environments.
• Experience with large complex datasets and data investigations.
• Experience supporting product development, data quality initiatives, or analytics-driven decisions.
• Strong SQL proficiency (intermediate to advanced).
• Hands-on with modern data platforms (Databricks, Spark).
• Programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Looker or similar).
• Experience using AI tools (Claude or similar) for data analysis and automation.
• Ability to apply AI-assisted approaches to investigations and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to analytics and data quality.
• Strong data management, governance, and stewardship knowledge.
• Experience defining metrics, KPIs, and data models for business/product needs.
• Experience interfacing with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset, especially with evolving AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Analyze provider/network data to resolve entity matching and define data structures and relationships.
• Lead data investigations to resolve data quality issues and support business initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to develop data solutions.
• Use SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to process and analyze large datasets.
• Contribute to evaluating and adopting new analytics technologies.
• Maintain and contribute to data governance and data asset quality.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and analytical frameworks for Quest products.
• Document and track project work in systems like DevOps.
• Identify improvements to outreach strategies and data processes based on insights.
